Welcome to a very special part of Miracle Beginnings......
This section is for three types of woman:
- The new Mum with the premmie baby in hospital
- The Mum at home with her newborn baby
- The Mum who is on the journey of reclaiming her life
We often lose our spirit when we find ourselves in traumatic or difficult circumstances. Or our spirit may be broken from fear, sadness, disappointment, anger and resentment.
To start the journey of reconnecting with your spirit, we have designed a beautiful journal especially for you.
All you need to do is click here and print the pages for your eyes only. Each day we encourage you to take a break from the businesses of you life with a cup of tea or glass of wine and reflect on the day that has been. Divide your pages into three sections:
1. Gratitude of the Day - What are you most grateful for today? It could be something simple like watching your kids play in the park or something life changing such as discovering a life transforming book on a bookshelf or a phone call from a friend who made your day
2. What I would have changed today? Think about the lessons that were shown to you today and what you have discovered. For example, I recently reversed into a skip bin in my brand new car. I was so annoyed with myself and then realised the lesson was to slow down, stop rushing and take a breath.
3. What I did for myself today - This will make you realise that we hardly do anything for ourselves. However, by being accountable to yourself and by writing this down, you will find nice gestures to do for yourself. Such as - paint my nails, take time to read a magazine, meditation for 10 minutes or a long bubble bath with a glass of champagne
As you can see, Spirit, does not necessarily mean Spirituality. Finding your Spirit or reconnecting with your Spirit, is finding the authentic YOU! From my experience, you do not even realise that you have lost your Spirit until one day you it literally stops you in your tracks to take notice. You will know when this moment comes.
To help you with this new stage of life, we will be offering "words of wisdom" , "motivating stories", information on mother related topics such as "dealing with anxiety" and much more. Just click on to these sections and enjoy the reading!
There is an old cliche, 'You can see the glass half empty, or you can see it half full.' You can focus on what's wrong in your life, or you can focus on what's right. But whatever you focus on, you're going to get more of. Creation is an extension of thought. Think lack, and you get lack. Think abundance, and you get more.

Remembering Your Spirit
Make Lots of Little Changes - "We know how to sacrifice ten years for a diploma and we are willing to work very hard to get a job, a house, a car and so on. But we have difficulty remembering that we are alive in the present moment, the only moment. We need only to be awake"Thich Nhat Hanh
Give yourself a two mnute scalp massage every time you shampoo
Wear comfy slippers
Buy an outrageous pair of underwear - it will make you smile when you remember you are wearing it
Create a photo mural looking at it will give you an instant boost
Take a nap. Lots of them
Escape. Go see a film on your own
Add a few drops of essential oils to your wash water, it will make you go "ahhh" when you put on your clothes
